Hello! Thank you for being interested in helping out with our camp fundraisers this year! This is a great way to raise money for camp this summer or for future camp trips! Below is a description of each fundraiser. Each fundraiser allows you to raise a different amount of money based on your involvement. We would be thrilled to have you involved with all of them, or just one if that works best. Please indicate which you would like to join below.

5K & Fun Run:

Saturday, April 20, 2024

Students are asked to fill out a Runners List. This list is used to recruit family and friends to participate in the race and they will raise money for each runner signed up! Students filling out a runner's list will also be asked to participate the day of by attending the race or volunteering at the event.

Mulch Day:

Saturday, May 4 & 18, 2024 (Rain Date: Sunday, May 5 & 19)

We will work from 9am-1pm mulching yards in our community. Participants will placed in groups of 3-5 people and will be required to provide their own transportation to their work site. Participants will raise money towards their camp trip based on how many yards we mulch and the total number of participating campers. 

What to bring: Water bottle, snack & yard tools you have such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, & gloves. 

Car Wash:

Saturday, June 8, 2024

Students are asked to fill out a Pledge Sheet, asking people to pledge a dollar amount for each car we wash. Each student will also sign up for a specific time slot and will raise money towards their camp trip based on how many donations we get and the total number of participating campers.
